About the event
In this workshop, we use art and spirituality to help you rewrite your own narritive.
We work with the teachings of Frederick Mattheias Alexander, Kirsten Linklater, Konstatine Stanislavsky, Lev Vygotsky and the somatic healing traditions passed down through the generations.
In a group we will:
-Use theatrical warmups to activate our chakras
-Create intentions for our work in the space
-Build monologues with the intent of addressing blocked energy
